Energize Africa Fellowship
Deploying Young Professionals to Power Africa’s Skills Transformation
The Energize Africa Fellowship unlocks the dual potential of Africa’s youth and its institutions, addressing the urgent need to build institutional capacity for human capital development, while providing meaningful, purpose-driven opportunities for young professionals to contribute to Africa’s transformation.
This high-impact fellowship deploys early-career professionals to national ministries, AU institutions, Regional Economic Communities (RECs), and development agencies. Fellows are competitively selected and placed at the heart of policy and programme implementation, bringing innovation, urgency, and technical depth to some of Africa’s most pressing priorities.
