The State of Play of Skills Mobility Partnerships between Africa and Europe

This paper on The State of Play of Skills Mobility Partnerships between Africa and Europe was developed by Dr. Awil Mohamoud and Alain Nkurikiye of the African Diaspora Policy Centre in March 2022. It was produced within the framework of the “Priority Implementation Actions for the AU-ILO-IOM-ECA Joint Programme on Labour Migration Governance for Development and Integration in Africa (JLMP Priority)” Project, implemented by the African Union Commission (AUC), the International Labour organization (ILO) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), in close partnership with Regional Economic Communities (RECs), and with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
