The African Union and AUDA NEPAD, through Skills Initiative for Africa and GAN Global are hosting a webinar on driving gender-transformative approaches for Africa: Strategies to empower women in the world of work through vocational education training on 28 July 2022 at 11:00 (CAT).
The webinar will showcase how the AU Commission, AUDA-NEPAD and GAN Global members, with the support of funders and partners, are continually pursuing to increase and sustain African women working in STEM on the continent.
Learn about exemplary gender-oriented programmes that use gender-transformative approaches to champion women in vocational education, with industry-relevant work-based learning opportunities such as AUDA-NEPAD's Gender makes Business Sense (GmBS), a self-paced e-learning course for entrepreneurs across Africa.
