Topic: Addressing challenges and gaps in marginalized groups’ training access. What are the barriers towards quality training for domestic workers in Kenya?

Ms. Ruth shed light on the barriers faced by Kenyan domestic workers seeking quality training. These include scarcity and inaccessibility of formal programs, inadequate informal training, language and literacy barriers, lack of time and flexibility, and discrimination. She proposed solutions like expanded formal programs, financial support, awareness campaigns, improved informal training quality, flexible learning options, and combating discrimination to address these challenges.
