Mentorship for Women in Agriculture: Empowerment of Women Agripreneurs

As part of their interventions, the Agricultural Technical Vocational Education and Training for Women (ATVET4W) project developed and implemented a mentorship programme in Burkina Faso and Kenya, for urban and rural women in agriculture.

The eight guiding principles that were used to steer the mentorship programme are captured in this booklet. It also gives case studies of the mentorship process as it was in Burkina Faso and Kenya, and summarizes lessons learnt. The booklet is in the form of an interactive pdf and a ready-for-print version.
