OVERVIEW
The Skills Initiative For Africa Financing Facility (SIFA FC) provides funding to innovative employment-oriented skills development projects, following a competitive application process. The finance facility is active in Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia, and Togo.
The financing of projects is designed to coherently address the common challenges in skills development by upscaling and/or disseminating local best practices, and by supporting innovative as well as sustainable approaches. The overall goal of this facility is to foster the employment and entrepreneurship of youth, women, and vulnerable groups including refugees, migrants, and internally displaced persons, the disadvantaged and disabled.
