The International Labour Organization (ILO), under the Skills Initiative for Africa (SIFA), conducted Rapid Skills Assessments six African Countries; Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, South Africa and Zambia.These reports present research conducted in 2020 through literature review, enterprise and individual surveys using virtual platforms to understand the effects of COVID-19 on skill development and job opportunities in the surveyed sectors which include health and social work, agriculture and manufacturing.
