The Ministry of Labour and Skills was established Following the National Reform, the Ministry of Labor and Skills was founded with Proclamation No. 1263/2022, and oversees national job creation, skills development, and labour concerns.

The ministry has a mission to ensure equitable access to sustainable employment opportunities through demand responsive skill development.
