Build4Skills: TVET Story from Kenya

Build4Skills is a global TVET program that uses the untapped potential of construction sites for work-based training. Funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and implemented by GIZ and its local partners, Build4Skills helps young people building their careers.

Paul Mwangi’s story clearly shows how hard work and determination can make a difference. And by turning construction sites into learning sites, Build4Skills aims to bridge gaps, and provide opportunities for people like Paul, so they can develop their full potential.
